Research is tedious, but if you want to know the nitty-gritty of mind-brain theory and neural networking, this book is an invaluable resource for basic, relevant, and accessible papers on the subjects. This is such a beautiful book, it is not to be missed. There descriptions are based on a balanced assessment of the available research.The first part of the book is organized by vitamin or mineral, so you can see the collected information on, for example, Vitamin E, in one place.
