His main research interest lies in simulation and optimization models in project scheduling and scheduling in the health care sector. This November he was awarded the 2008 International Project Management Association Research Award for the research project upon which this proposed book is based -(ipma/awards/resawards/Pages/winnersandhonours2008px).

I think that a detailed analysis of these kinds of issues would have been really helpful.Second the author appears to accept the business model that Amazon have developed - huge losses aimed at long-term market position without question. Peggy's position and stature in the art world will continue to grow but one needs a more modern view (this was published in 1998). But there again, if a Paper Fish's `time has come' maybe! Similarly, an `innovation' will succeed if its `time has come'?. Sweet with many funny moments!. However, as an Investment Banker I tend to look at Amazon's performance from a financial/cash flow point of view as well as from a customer satisfaction point of view. I read this anytime I need a lift, and share its richness with anyone who will listen.. When people begin problem solving, they may start off with a baseline set of assumptions and premises that are vague or misleading. Although it is very detailed, it's almost detailed to a fault. Walt weaves compelling city and police department history, policies then and now, their affects and effects, with the drama of the biggest shoot-out in Dallas history.
