The hardest part is deciding which of the 6 featured cities I want to have our first adventure in!One note about the book: a few of the cities have notes like "this area is not for low-level players!" Since I'm just starting a campaign myself, this advice is a tiny bit discouraging. While I love most of Whelan's other books, the four books in the Starvation Lake series (of which this is the second) are quite weak in comparison. What makes Sullivan's text successful ultimately however is not the amount of material that she draws on, but the clear way in which her own path through the issues raised is clearly articulated.
