The completely revised second edition is now availablethis book is pretty horrible, chock full of questions they barely give you the answers for, exercises that, I swear, are trying to trick you, and other related things. Incidentally I found that book so abhorrent that I actually returned it back to Amazon so that I don't open it even by mistake. Confusing left for right on major turns, or leaving out a major turn have been a few of my experiences. Black and White pictures demonstrate the massage moves fairly clearly, and text sections clearly explain what to massage, and what the massage is doing to the muscles.This book, unlike similar works for the layman, covers conditions in which you should *not* massage right at the start, which is important.*Massage Therapists*: If you are a Massage Therapist, this can be a good book to reccomend to your clients who wish to use massage between professional sessions. Anthologies, particularly ones with an over arching topic, can produce weak stories that only vaguely seem to realize what their theme is. It is
